Last Call

One of my paintings, Last Call, was featured in the book of lecture transcripts of Her Highness Princess Takamado held at the Osaka University of Arts, Japan.  Consul of Canada, Mr. Matthew Fraser was invited to lecture about Canada and its culture.  Of course, the entire book is in Japanese, but the pictures are pretty.  SOLD

Winter Berries

This little chickadee is for our Christmas Show.  Nothing says Christmas like red berries.  Well, that's not true...a lot of things signify Christmas, but I liked the chickadee and I liked the berries.

Ring In Spring

Finally got all the paintings together for the new show that starts tomorrow.  Now I can concentrate on some of the larger paintings I've been itching to paint.

Last Call

Here's another little local scene.  These are rather fun to paint.  A dear friend gave me a Tom Thomson book for my birthday.  He's my absolute favourite from the Group of Seven.  Very inspiring. SOLD

Frosty Morning

I'm switching to some fun, 8x8" landscapes.  We have a Christmas Show at the gallery in a couple of weeks. Hard to think about Christmas when I'm still picking dahlias outside.  But, it definitely is on its way.

Don't Eat The Daisies

Daisies are such carefree flowers.  I've got scads in the yard because they seem to pop up everywhere.
